25 Years of providing support to Peterbrotherhood Steam Turbine division has allowed extensive experience to be gained from various Rotor and Bearing designs.

G-RAY Diagnostics Ltd have been involved with developing the FAT techniques conducted at the Peterborough facility that allows the final Steam Turbine running condition to be accepted by the clients using both ISO and API Standards.

Using the Emerson 2140 Machinery Analyser and the G.E. Adre Machinery Acquisition System the ability to understanding Rotor behaviour is significantly enhanced. Turbine troubleshooting using various tried and tested techniques is a common service which is used regularly by our existing customers.

Bently Nevada 3500 Protection Systems are renowned within the market and our ability to interface and communicate within these programmes allows optimum data analysis resulting in a conclusive diagnosis as to the source of many vibration problems.
